DHA Report Group, Inc. (“we,” “us”) operates dhareport.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it — in plain English.
What we collect
- Waitlist signups: your email address.
- Founding member reservations: your name, email, company, and billing details needed to process your deposit.
- Site basics: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the site running.
Payments
Deposits and payments are processed by our payment processors (Stripe and WooCommerce Payments). Your card or bank details go directly to them — we never store your full payment information on our servers. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
- To process and manage your founding member reservation, including refunds
- To send the email you signed up for — launch and access notifications, and reservation-related updates
- To operate, secure, and improve the site
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your information. Ever.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not send marketing beyond what you signed up for — and every email includes a way out.
Cookies
The site uses cookies required for core functions (such as the checkout process). If we add analytics tools, this policy will be updated to say so.
Data retention and deletion
We keep reservation records as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. Want your email removed from the waitlist or your data deleted where the law allows? Email us and we’ll take care of it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. One email does it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes affecting founding members will be emailed.
