Founding Member Terms

Summary of terms · Effective June 2026

These terms describe the founding member reservation for the DHA Report Group compliance platform in plain English. By placing a founding member deposit, you agree to the terms below.

1. What you’re reserving

A founding-member subscription to the DHA Report Group compliance software platform at the founding rate shown at the time of your reservation: $399/month (Compliance), $1,199/month (Professional), or $2,800/month (Enterprise), per facility. Founding rates reflect 20% off standard pricing.

What the deposit does not include: your deposit and founding rate apply to the software platform only. Stamped Dust Hazard Analysis reports, monitoring hardware, and engineering services are separate purchases at their own pricing. Founding members receive priority scheduling for DHA services and 6 months of platform service free with any DHA project.

2. Your deposit

A $200 deposit is collected at reservation. It is fully refundable any time before the platform launches — email compliance@dhareport.com and we refund every dollar, no questions, no forms. At launch, your deposit is credited in full toward your first month’s subscription.

3. Your subscription starts automatically at launch

Beyond the deposit, nothing is charged until the platform launches. At launch, your founding subscription begins automatically at the founding rate you reserved, with your $200 deposit credited toward your first month. By placing a deposit, you authorize recurring billing at your founding rate, continuing until you cancel. We will email you at least 7 days before your first subscription charge so the start date is never a surprise.

4. Launch commitment

If the platform has not launched by [LAUNCH-BY DATE — e.g., December 31, 2026], your reservation expires automatically and your full deposit is refunded. You owe nothing.

5. Your founding rate, locked

Your founding rate remains fixed for as long as your subscription stays active and continuous. If your subscription lapses after launch, the founding rate is forfeited and standard pricing applies on re-subscription.

6. What the platform is — and isn’t

The DHA Report Group platform is a compliance management and documentation tool. It assists you in tracking, managing, and proving your NFPA 660 compliance work. It is not a substitute for a dust hazard analysis performed by a qualified professional, and it does not itself render any facility compliant with any standard or regulation.

7. Cancellation and refunds

  • Before launch: cancel any time for a full deposit refund — email compliance@dhareport.com and it’s done.
  • After launch: cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and no further charges occur.
  • Refunds apply to the founding deposit only. Subscription payments made after launch are not refundable.

  • First access to the platform and new features as they ship
  • A direct line to the team during the build — founding members shape what ships
  • The locked founding rate described in Section 5

9. Payment methods

Deposits and subscriptions may be paid by card, ACH, or check. Annual invoicing is available at launch for facilities that prefer PO-based billing.
