Refund Policy

Founding member deposits

Your $200 founding member deposit is fully refundable any time before the platform launches. Email compliance@dhareport.com and every dollar comes back — no questions, no forms. If the platform has not launched by the date stated in the Founding Member Terms, your deposit is refunded automatically.

Subscription payments

Once the platform launches and your subscription begins, subscription payments are not refundable. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and no further charges occur.

Dust Hazard Analysis engagements

DHA engagements are separate from the platform and are quoted per project. Deposits on DHA work are refundable in full until scheduling is confirmed and site work begins. After that point, the deposit covers work already performed. Full terms are set out in your engagement agreement.
